Two-Year Planned Preventative Maintenance Contract
Project Overview
Following the successful installation works and service delivery across the wider project, Well Planned Fire & Security was awarded a two-year Planned Preventative Maintenance contract, recognising the quality, reliability, and responsiveness of our delivery.
Our scope focused on the ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and statutory compliance of fire and security systems, including fire alarms, emergency lighting, and associated life-safety assets. Having been involved in the installation phase, our teams developed a detailed understanding of the system configuration and performance requirements, enabling the application of appropriate maintenance schedules and KPI benchmarks aligned with relevant British Standards.
As part of the contract, we installed and commissioned Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) equipment, establishing a fully monitored system with structured response and escalation procedures. This ensured incidents were managed promptly, with full visibility for project leads and the local authority.
